Seated Massage offers the benefits of basic massage techniques while staying fully clothed and sitting in a massage chair. The unique chair offers full support of the head, arms, torso, and legs.  The focus areas for this specific massage are generally the muscle groups in the neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands.

Swedish massage uses a variety of techniques, strokes , and stretches to relax the body's muscles and increase both circulation and  blood flow through the movement of the muscles.  A 30 minute massage will give time for the client to have either the prone (face down) or supine (face up) areas of the body worked on. With a 60 minute massage the massage therapist will concentrate on trouble areas and have the client lie in both supine (face up) position and prone (face down) position. With 90 minutes more time can be given to problem areas such as the back and shoulders.

Deep tissue massage is similar to a Swedish massage, but uses a deeper pressure concentrating on the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia. This is a more focused massage on specific tight areas of the body. This therapy is geared towards releasing chronic muscle tension. All deep tissue massages will include the add on of  doTERRA's Deep Blue lotion at no additional cost.

60 min - $85 / 90 min - $120

Give your body the ultimate relaxation experience. Hot stones are added to a Swedish Massage to help loosen tight and sore muscles. Hot stones can help with expanding blood vessels , which encourages blood flow and circulation throughout the body. Hot stones also have a sedative effect that may help with chronic pain, reducing stress and promoting deep relaxation.

Cupping is a technique that has been around for thousands of years, originating in Asia. This modality uses suction to pull blood and fluid that is "stuck" which can contain toxins and wast products to the surface layers of the dermis to help move it back into the bloodstream for processing. The newly oxygenated blood then flows back into the area to promote healing. This technique can be effective up to four inches below the skin.

The use of essential oils has been proven to help with both the relaxation and rejuvenation process. We have chosen to use doTERRA essential oils because they are both certified pure oils and therapeutic grade. There are many different scents and blends to choose from with different properties to add to any massage. Deep Blue lotion can also be added to any massage service for an additional $5.00

Hot towel service is the use of towels professionally heated and sanitized to help the muscles relax at a faster rate with the use of increased temperature. Special attention is given to both the back and feet for this addition to any massage package. Hot stones and cups can also be added to any massage service paying specific attention to tight areas that may need a little more attention.
