     Hello, my name is Jen Anderson and I am a Licenced Massage Therapist and owner of  Thrive Body Spa, previously Reflections with Jen.  I am a Northern Maine native who has returned to the area after living in Pennsylvania for the last 9 years. I am very excited to have the opportunity to live closer to my family and to share with the community the many benefits of massage therapy.

 

     I am a graduate from the Baltimore School of Massage, which entailed over 845 hours of training in Swedish Massage Therapy. With this training I learned many modalities such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Hydrotherapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
